The joys of having a fellow “creative mind” as a sister, is that we both chose careers in which we could use that creativity! So while I was home, we did a TRADE!

 

I love making trades. If you ever feel like my session fee is too rich for your blood, let me know if you have a skill or talent and would like to trade for a shoot!

In this case, Debbie gave me a 3 inch trim off of my frizzy locks and colored my hair. She even got fancy and used a new method where she zigzagged between colors. It looks great! (I would show you pictures but as usual, my hair is dirty)

In return, I snapped a couple of new pictures of her and my brother-in-law Rudy! He wasn’t as thrilled about the trade, but he put up with me for our mini session and we got some really pretty shots before sunset.

 

I loved the pictures but I love the people in them even more. They are my rocks. my people. my family.
