I love listening to the radio here. Not only do the radio dj’s have a certain zeal for life that american dj’s lack (and I have no idea what they are saying so I might be imagining the enthusiasm) but they play all the songs I love and never think to listen to unless my iPod randomly plays them.
Today on the way to the library
- Mumford and Sons – The Cave (the guy at the gate kinda looked at me silly when he heard the banjo solo on the highest volume possible)
- Roxette – Listen To Your Heart (I usually prefer the DHT version, or any other dance version, but today the piano was just lovely…and yes I did sing along)
- Justin Timberlake – Cry Me A River (perfect for sitting in afternoon traffic on the way home from base…can’t go wrong with J.T.)
