I know, I know. I like walks. You’ve seen it. You’re over it. I get it. Feel free to stop reading now.

The other morning I did something that I rarely do. I got up! haha. Well I got up a lot earlier than I usually do anyways.

I met up with a couple of other photographers in the area and we caffeinated up and then set off in search of some new locations spots. The group included Lindsey (pictured below) and Maria…and then Maria’s daughter who was a cute little model for me!

We ended up in an area that is close to a place I’ve shot before. It was on a big hill of fields past Jettenbach where I took Shareen and Ash’s pictures. (you can look at those if you keep reading my blog for about an hour…good luck)

This hill overlooked a village but I wasn’t so interested in that view because there was so much more down the road. I got a couple of pictures of the field and fell in love with how the light played off of this lonesome tree in the middle of a field.  It was the perfect presentation of the chilly weather, this picture of “cold and alone”.

We explored farther into the woods and found all kinds of goodies! I took a couple of detail shots but couldn’t get over the trees…what’s new, right?

It was a lovely morning and I got to know some girls better as well as get lost in the woods! I really enjoy hanging out with other photographers! They are great to answer questions and bounce ideas off of, not to mention they share the same passion as I do so we all get excited about the same silly stuff!

I can’t wait to do it again!
