As I am leaving this gorgeous city, I am remembering the beautiful memories I’ve made, as well as the one’s I’ve had the opportunity to capture for others!
Melanie and Nick’s wedding in Forsyth Park is one of my favorite from the few years I’ve spent here.
It was an intimate wedding, with just the two of them and their families, so I felt very privileged to be part of it!
The details were on point. Mel’s lovely dress was Love Found True, and that along with her flowers were from Ivory & Beau in Savannah. Her shoes were Kate Spade (my favorite!!) and just the right addition of femininity (and glitter).
I had so much fun following the two around Forsyth and absolutely loved playing around with my Lens Baby!
As tonight is my last appointment with a Savannah bride, and my stuff is packed up and on it’s way to Wisconsin, I asked Mel if I could share her wedding album with tonight’s bride. I believe that printing off your wedding pictures in a gorgeous album is one of the biggest compliments you can pay to your photographer. It’s important for me to show my brides how beautifully they can display their wedding pictures for family, or for friends to see in their own homes. It’s a treasure chest of memories that you can hold in your hands, instead of just look at on the computer.
In saying that, I snapped a couple of pictures of their album today so incase you have been thinking about it, you can see for yourself how great these are!
